O'Neill - 16U
Jerry has years of coaching girls softball - As a
founder of the Maryland Chill organization, he coached his own girls (and still
does!). His coaching style is laid back, but produces winning teams. He
encourages fun on the field as well as excellence, and has managed to find the
happy medium.
